Here’s what happens after you enroll in our Preventive Maintenance Program:
Initial Inspection & Inventory
We inspect and service your door systems, create an inventory, and check all mechanical, structural, control, and safety components.
Detailed PM Report
You receive a PM Report for each door with technician notes, photos, work completed, and any corrective work needed.
Corrective Work (If Needed)
If corrective work is needed, we will quote the work separately for your approval. You’re never surprised by charges—you authorize all repair work before we proceed.
Future PM Schedule
We recommend a PM schedule based on your equipment. Most systems need service once or twice per year, depending on usage and environment.
